1. What the service is

SMB Deal Hub is a private tool used by its owner, Nebiyou Lakew, to source, track and contact small businesses that are for sale. It is not offered to the public. Access is limited to accounts the owner has created.

2. Authorized use

Use the service only if the owner has given you an account, and only for the owner's acquisition search. Do not share your sign-in, probe the service for weaknesses, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages.

3. Messages sent through the service

The service can draft messages to brokers and sellers. Nothing is sent until the owner reviews and approves that specific message. Messages are sent from the owner's own accounts and are the owner's own communications.

4. Information is not advice

Listing details, screening results, and any analysis or scoring in the service come from third-party listings and automated tools. They may be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Verify everything independently before relying on it in a transaction.

5. Third-party services

The service works with other services such as Google, Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean, n8n, Anthropic and TinyFish, and reads listing sites on the owner's behalf. Those services have their own terms, and the service may stop working if they change or are unavailable.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes and ending access

The owner may change the service or these terms, or end any account's access, at any time. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
